There are a lot of people in this world who have it together. The general consensus is that the supposed “together-iest” of people have a strict and jam-packed routine to make their life so beautifully flawless. But, do not fret, my friends if waking up on the right side of the bed with pep in your step and zero bags under your eyes isn’t you.
More often than not, a full blown daily routine of exercise, protein shakes, unmatched productivity and beauty sleep is out of reach. There are more accessible ways to manage your busy life. Coffee, and water, and swimming! I try to get in the pool every day!

Water!! I drink SO much water in day. As soon as I wake up, I pour myself glass of cold water.
Admittedly, I haven’t been doing this every day lately. But, I feel my best when I use the Headspace app. It has been a delight for catching 10 minutes of non-snooty meditation time.
My morning coffee ritual is a must. Freshly ground coffee beans steep for 10 minutes. It’s about taking time in the morning. I talk to my God, my Mom, and myself. I like to have 30 minutes to enjoy that cup. It’s not that I can’t get up and rush out the door. I’ve done that for years. Now though, it’s about a peaceful start, then I take on the world. Like you Faith, before my coffee there is a nice cold glass of water.
